Records Management

  • Maintain a complete and up-to-date set of the Association governing documents.
  • Digitize all governing documents and records for easy owner access.
  • Provide secure long term storage of documents and records. 

Financial

  • Prepare annual budget and monthly financial reports. 
  • Collect Association dues and special assessments.
  • Review and pay Association bills.
  • Monitor cash flow of income and disbursements.
  • Build and maintain financial security. 

Administrative

  • Coordinate the planning, execution, and documentation of community meetings.
  • Administer quorom, proxy, and voting requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date owner contact information.
  • Manage insurance claims and policies.
  • Respond to title company and realtor inquiries. 

Upkeep & Repairs

  • Supervise upkeep and repairs of community areas and amenities.
  • Manage the execution of authorized repair and improvement projects. 
  • Solicit and present bids for major capital projects.
  • Maintain a secure database of all contracts and agreements with vendors and partners.
